Our venue can accommodate up to 450 guests for DJ-only events, 400 guests for events with live bands or buffet dinners, and up to 500 for corporate events. Our outdoor ceremony space can host up to 100 guests.

You’ll receive 17 hours of total venue access, including 8 hours of event time. This typically breaks down to setup from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM, event hours from 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM, and cleanup until 1:00 AM. Additional setup time the day before may be available between 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, pending availability.

We provide professional bartenders while you supply the alcohol and mixers, offering you both flexibility and cost savings. Bar service runs from 4:00 PM – 11:30 PM. We provide plastic cups, stirring straws, and cocktail napkins as part of our packages.

Yes, we work with approved vendors only. All vendors must be licensed and insured with El Tango listed as additional insured. Caterers must be permitted through the Health Department. We have carefully curated relationships with premium local vendors to ensure exceptional service.

A $2,000 security deposit is required at booking and is refunded 15-30 days after your event. We require event insurance naming the venue as additional insured. There are no hidden fees or mandatory service charges – gratuity for vendors is at your discretion.

Yes, we offer both indoor and outdoor ceremony options. Our intimate garden courtyard can accommodate up to 100 guests for outdoor ceremonies, while our indoor space can host larger ceremonies. Many couples also choose to have their ceremony at their church and use our garden courtyard for photos before the reception.

Absolutely! We regularly host Western, Indian, and Arabic weddings, including women-only celebrations. Our venue and staff are experienced in accommodating various cultural traditions, and we work closely with couples to ensure their cultural elements are properly honored.
